Add PowerToys in context menu

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In context menu it should have a POWERTOYS submenu and bring them all features (or context) under it. Also we should have the chance to put all context menu of POWERTOYS features under this submenu in order to shrink right click menu.

Somehow irrelevant (maybe its another request), you should create a new feature to remove or add context menu items from your right click menu.
