Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add an option to change order of paths by dragging them by "..." button. When I first saw the UI - intuitively I thought it work but it still currently using old UX with moving up/down.

PowerToys.EnvironmentVariables_AYgdF5BV5N.mp4

Scenario when this would be used?

I think anyone would prefer this to "Move Up" and "Move Down" button - they could be considered deprecated if this gets implemented.
