Right Click and Context Menu editing

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would love a powertoy which allows users to modify right-click and context menu items (add, remove, rename, reorder). I believe this was something in a really old version, pre Windows 10. Would love to see it return.

Scenario when this would be used?

Removing unused or unnecessary menus from right clicking a file or the desktop.
