Description of the new feature / enhancement
An option to disable normal mouse-over actions whilst the colour picker is active
Scenario when this would be used?
Let's say I want to pick a colour from a button on a website. If I hover over that button it will often change to its different 'hover colour'. This makes it impossible to pick the original non-hovered colour.
