power rename has 2 entries in the extended menu (in windows 11) when you select both #19590

Steps to reproduce

right click a file then go in extended menu and you'll have 2 entries

also says to use shift + right click for extended menu which doesn't work in windows 11

✔️ Expected Behavior

only 1 entry

❌ Actual Behavior

2 entries name power rename

We're showing both context menu entries, new and old, since #19249 .
The reason for this is that not showing the old one also makes PowerToys Rename unusable for people who have some software that overrides the Windows 11 right click menu.

@jaimecbernardo the "fix-commited" label is okay for the UI text, but is the core problem also fixed?

You're right. Although here I think we want to keep showing both. (Some costumizations for Windows 11 have only the classical context menu)
