power rename has 2 entries in the extended menu (in windows 11) when you select both

Steps to reproduce

right click a file then go in extended menu and you'll have 2 entries

also says to use shift + right click for extended menu which doesn't work in windows 11

The text in the UI should be an easy fix → I can do this

We're showing both context menu entries, new and old, since #19249 .
The reason for this is that not showing the old one also makes PowerToys Rename unusable for people who have some software that overrides the Windows 11 right click menu.

You're right. Although here I think we want to keep showing both. (Some costumizations for Windows 11 have only the classical context menu)
