Always on Top

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a windows always on top
  2. Maximize it

If you cahnge to another window it disappears again. It doesn't happen on wvery app the same way. In opera GX for example the boreder appears and goes away while typing.

For me on maximized window only the bottom part of the border (between window and taskbar) is visible.
