Issue Details
When specifying the Clear
parameter on the Set-GitHubRepositoryTopic
, an Invalid Request
exception occurs.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Set-GitHubRepositoryTopic -OwnerName $ownerName -RepositoryName $repoName -Clear

Suggested solution to the issue
Modify processing in Set-GitHubRepositoryTopic
to set the Name
parameter to an empty array if the Clear
parameter is specified.
