Release v1.1.0 (CHANGELOG + version bump) (#207)
Prepares the **v1.1.0** release. - Adds the `## [1.1.0]` CHANGELOG section covering the user-facing changes from #206: - dict constraint specs on `tables.create` / `tables.add_columns` - new `tables.update_column` / `tables.update_columns` - `typed=True` reads on `tables.get_column` / `tables.list_columns` - Bumps `pyproject.toml` version `1.0.2` → `1.1.0` (new backward-compatible API → MINOR per SemVer). After merge: tag `v1.1.0`, publish to PyPI via the release pipeline, create the GitHub release, then bump to the next dev version.

## [1.1.0] - 2026-10-07

10+
### Added
11+
12+
- Columns can now be created with constraints: pass a dict spec such as
13+
`{"type": "memo", "max_length": 2000}` to `tables.create` or `tables.add_columns`
14+
to set length, numeric range, precision, format, required level, or display name. (#206)
15+
- New `tables.update_column` and `tables.update_columns` methods change constraints on
16+
existing columns in place. All specs are validated before any request is sent, so an
17+
invalid entry can't leave the table partially modified. (#206)
18+
- `tables.get_column` and `tables.list_columns` accept `typed=True` to return
19+
type-specific column metadata (for example `MaxLength`, `MinValue`/`MaxValue`) in a
20+
single request. (#206)
