Indeed, this seems to happen also just when doing import nimbusml just by itself, not any specific learner.

This is a known warning in the latest version of scikit-learn: scikit-learn/scikit-learn#12226. There are instructions for removing the warning if that is necessary, or it is supposed to be removed in the next version of scikit-learn.

We could explicitly silence this warning for our users (using warnings.filterwarnings in init.py), or we could limit this version of scikit-learn, but I don't think either of those options are warranted here.
