Errors when running code using new requirements.txt #138
Description
I have used the pip install requirements that are found in the repo to run the code, however, i get errors related to the fact the input does not have the correct shape when calling functions from utils3d packet. I would appreciate if anyone could provide me a file with the correct versions of the packages in order to create an environment that would make the code run. It seems that the functions from the utils3d need another commit version not the one recommended in the repo! Could somebody provide me the right version?
