Allow an article to be an uploaded file

Some articles or documentation we want to display needs to be laid out very specifically, beyond the extremes expected of LibeKB which is already an amazing system. Would it be possible to upload a file (or attachment) and have that associated with an article instead?

Alright, I have created an issue for you to track the progress of this. Attachments is loosely planned for 2.1, maybe 30-90 days out.
