PasteMaster 3000

PasteMaster 3000 is an open-source Chrome extension designed to enhance your web browsing experience by allowing pasting into form fields that normally restrict it. With this extension, you can seamlessly paste text into input fields that have been set to prevent pasting.

PasteMaster 3000 has been tested and verified to work on Chromium-based browsers, including:

Installation

There are two methods to install PasteMaster 3000:

Via Chrome Web Store

1. Visit the PasteMaster 3000 Chrome Web Store page.
2. Click on the "Add to Chrome" button to install the extension.

Manual Installation (Clone the Repository)

1. Clone the repository to your local machine using Git:

git clone https://github.com/michaelharper/pastemaster-3000.git

Load the Extension:

• Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/.
• Enable Developer mode (toggle switch in the top-right corner).
• Click on Load unpacked and select the directory where you cloned the repository.

Test the Extension:

• Navigate to a website with restricted paste fields.
  • Alternatively, you can test the extension on the PasteMaster 3000 Test Page.
• Click the extension icon to enable pasting.

Usage

• Enable Pasting: Click the extension icon to activate the feature on the current page.
• Toggle Settings: Use the popup menu to turn pasting permissions on or off.
• Feedback: Share your experiences or report issues through our GitHub repository.
