[Feature Request] .json formatting

Could you make a .json formatted version of the porn blocklist? Because I'm trying to use it with a block list for my proxy, which requires it in a .json format. You can use this site, which I have been doing to update it manually, but it would be nice if it could automatically update, you could find/program a software to do it automatically (The site I referred even offers an API type thing, you may be able to use...). The example format is following:
