Dead msdn.microsoft.com links

I recently noticed there's a bunch of dead msdn.microsoft.com links. The subdomain has been transferred to https://learn.microsoft.com , but not all links are still valid. We should try updating those we can.

The Internet Archive is unfortunately under attack, but they say their data is untouched and should be back up gradually in a few days after they strengthen their services.
