Drill Dozer, gba player mode Pokemon Pinball etc 0.93 windows version rumble doesn't work
but 0.92 rumble work

What controller are you using?

xinput,xbox360 and xbox one
and how to setting gyroscope? i have DS4,wanna use DS4 play WarioWare - Twisted!some emulator support sdl2(yuzu,duckstation,etc), maybe u can add this?or add accept gyro data ,some controller software (DS4windows,rewasd etc) have send gyro data to upd server

Same here. Was fixed long ago (see #2146), but now has returned.
XBox One BT controller (and rumble was working fine with old builds)
