<style> in .vue only disappears on Meteor restart

If you add a <style> tag to a .vue-file with some rules, for example body{background:red}, and then remove the whole tag, the styles remain until you stop and restart Meteor.

Edit: The other issue I had was just because I was connecting through our external IP, which blocked port 3003
