[WebUI] Use Case: Register for SecHub

Users need to be able register to SecHub via the WebUI. They need the possibility to enter all needed data.

Users need to get feedback after applying for registration. The feedback should contain information about the further process of the registration. They should also have the possibility to get back to the login screen after registration.
