Clarify on which instances --replication-restore-state-on-startup and --data-recovery-on-startup should be set

Documentation does not clearly state that, in case of replication, flag --replication-restore-state-on-startup should be set on both, main and replica instances. Same goes for --data-recovery-on-startup.
