Password recovery not working properly in jandig.app and dev.jandig.app

Describe the bug
Currently, password recovery in the jandig.app and dev.jandig.app environments does not work correctly.

To reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://jandig.app/users/recover/ or https://dev.jandig.app/users/recover/;
2. Enter email to recover password.

Expected behavior
Jandig e-mail with recovery instructions is sent to provided e-mail.
