Move to EUPL (European Union Public Licence) #38

@hawkinslabdev

Description

@hawkinslabdev

Moving to the EUPL may be a strategic move because it gives Beacon the best of both worlds (AGPL 3.0 vs EUPL); it keeps the strict SaaS protection that prevents cloud providers from exploiting the software, but removes the legal blockades that may scare away (corporate) contributors.

By switching, we may unlock a wider ecosystem of developers who can easily contribute, whilest keeping the project legally secure in a business-friendly framework.
