Wrong message for permission updates in archived bucket

The user is prompted This link is invalid. Please use the link from your email. when they try to update a permission in an archived bucket. I'd expect the entire link to become unusable, with a clear enough message saying the user cannot update their permission with this link (similar to an expired token).
