How to run this project locally?

Hi, Are there any instruction to run this project locally. I dont see solution file which put together all projects and integration tests

This is the example i am running. RunCourseraSampleAsync.

I am using OpenAiChatcompletion instead of AzureOpenAIchatcompletion.
Passing http client with specialized httphandler. This handler gets call when it calls openAI but when it invokes the actual plan, its makes a call via httpclient which is not specialized ( configured while creating kernel via builder )
