IR Extraction Utility

extract_ir.py is a Python script which is able to extract the IR (SPIR 1.2 or otherwise) kernel bytecode binary from a ComputeCpp integration header. If a path to the llvm-dis executable is provided, it can also disassemble the bytecode using the binary, which results in a human-readable IR text.
