Description

Several cost functions that are integrated over structured surfaces are not implemented in the zipper integrations. These include the cavitation and separation related functionals at a first glance, but more may be missing.

As it is implemented, the effect of overlapping compute cells that are removed for the zipper mesh is not included in the final integration of these cost functions. These need to be added for more accurate cost functions.
