Hello everyone,
I wanted to order the EM272 capsule, but couldn't find a store with acceptable prices. After some research I found the "PUI 5024 HD" for about 5€/piece.
I really wanted stereo and decided on the Behriger UCA222. Unfortunately, the microphones need a supply voltage.
After looking at the data sheet, it was recommended to apply 3.3 volts to the signal with 2.2 kOhm.
I built a voltage divider with two 2.2 kOhms and connected it to the 5V input. I then applied the resulting 2.5 volts to the signal with 2.2 kOhms as well. All in all there are 2 Volts on Input. Connect the Mics and you are ready to go!
The sound quality is great and the noise is very low. Great :)
