Update built-in Solarized schemes #194

It turns out that iTerm2 used to ship with inaccurate Solarized palettes, which is why we had both Solarized (accurate) and Builtin Solarized (inaccurate) in this repo.

This is not the case anymore, so all I did is export Solarized schemes from the latest iTerm2 build, regenerate all formats, and delete the extraneous Solarized (Dark|Light) schemes (now identical to their "built-in" variants). Voilà.

Fixes #193

Exported from iTerm2 build 3.2.9. Solarized colors are accurate in this
build, so we don't need duplicates anymore.
