Adding new user gives 502 gateway error

Hi,

I've got the installation mostly working using the docker installation method, I believe, but getting a 502 gateway error when clicking any of the save buttons after filling information at http://localhost/admin/common/user/add/

Any ideas?

Which version of Parkour are you using? I could not reproduce your error with either "stable" or the latest "develop".
