Hi @symbuzzer! This feature is not clear for me, I expect that 3rd party application could do it by itself.

I am using a locak app called Celse. It downloads tiff documents to private dir temporarly and only "open with" box shown. I want to save them from Orion Viewer

hi, I just wanted to open a new issue to suggest adding a share button to the top menu and found this issue here.

this button would share the currently opened file to the ordinary built in android share dialog. it would be useful for several things (depending on your installed apps):

  • send file via messenger / email / bluetooth
  • print file
  • save file via file manager

going back to the app which itself opened the file with Orion might not work, if the pdf is automatically opened without the other options. if the file on top of that is saved to some obscure temporary location you might not be able to find it manually.
but you have the file open in Orion, so it would be very convenient to share it forward from there.
