Support for CB7/7-zip files

@1024mb Orion uses mupdf library as rendering engine for CBZ files, to support CB7 files same support is required on engine side, please report issue for mupdf project

Hi @1024mb ! Mupdf added ability to enable extended archive support, so it opens extended support of cb* books in Orion. Maybe you can point me where possible to find comic books in public domain (including cb7)?

Next version will contain support for cbr and cbt files. Support of cb7 is a bit tricky and requires further investigations: libarchive support just subset of 7z encodings. I've enabled cb7 supprt in 0.93.0 Beta, you can test it on your collection: https://sourceforge.net/projects/orion-viewer/files/0.93.0Beta/
