Generators - templates: (properly) support cascading referencing attributes

For example: generator 1 references an attribute in its template that's also generated, by generator 2.

The feature "mostly" works, but there are a couple of places where it does not yet. For example, when deciding what additional attributes to fetch to calculate an attribute, cascading references are not properly resolved.
