Windows: "gcc": executable file not found in %PATH%

Running go 1.9.1 on windows/amd64 (Windows 10)

When calling go get github.com/mattn/go-sqlite3 (or go install) I get the following error:

exec: "gcc": executable file not found in %PATH%

go-sqlite3 is a cgo package, you're gonna need gcc to compile it.
MinGW-w64 should do the trick.
