Fixes: #8154

This PR adds a information about forwarding /_synapse/client endpoints through your reverse proxy. The first of these endpoints are introduced in #8004.

Question: Do we need to update workers.md with this endpoint as well?

Fair enough 🙂 Should I just stick a ^/_synapse/client/ in generic worker under "Client API requests"?

well that depends if generic worker can handle all the requests that might ever go to that endpoint. Seems unlikely to me that it would.

Suggest discussing this in synapse-dev rather than here.

I've updated workers.md to include /_synapse/client/password_reset/email/submit_token under the Client API section and added a note to UPGRADE.rst.
