Public access media URL

Hi,

I am working on implementing room events/messages as a CSV export. For media attachments, I want to include publicly accessible URLs in the CSV so that users can download the attachments without requiring authentication.

Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!
