Upgrading the DeepSpeech model to 0.9.3

Can we get some guidance on upgrading to the latest Mozilla model 0.9.3?

There are lots of multilingual models also at https://coqui.ai/models that could also benefit from swapping in place. Retraining weights would have a nasty carbon footprint and should be avoided if possible.
