Feature description

Plugin should automatically deploy on main branch push on WP.org.
CI should create theme artifact file for manual upload to WP.org.

CONFIRM: How do we verify that the main branch push is the new version and not the existing version.

We can use https://github.com/10up/action-wordpress-plugin-deploy for plugin deployments.

Do not alter or remove anything below. The following sections will be managed by moderators only.

Acceptance criteria

New version should not override the existing version on WP.org
Plugin should automatically deploy on main branch push on WP.org
CI should create theme artifact file for manual upload to WP.org
