In the MaterialTimePicker the possibility to add a positive integer for minutes interval. For exemple 15 if we only want the user to can select quarters of an hour.

This would be nice to have! I've been updating one of my apps to use these dialogs but I kind of need this to match how I had my old TimePicker dialogs from a different library.

Looks like it should be possible to do as it'd just have to behave the same as the hour hand currently does?
Only difference would be toggling the number views to match what you can actually select.

I mainly need options for:

• No Interval
• 5 Mins
• 10 Mins
• 15 Mins
• 30 Mins
• 60 Mins (So the user can only pick an hour)
