Travis is gone

Expected behaviour

Can use travis to release a tarball to
https://pub.mate-desktop.org

Actual behaviour

Travis integration seems to have disappeared, was thus unable to publish

beyond the github site

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Commit any change to any repo or attempt to release a new version

@lukefromdc maybe we ran out of credits and need to ask again? master still seems to have the .travis.yml config file.

Running out of credits normally just means travis tasks cannot run, not that all references to it disappear from the Github repos
