fix dumb issue

load ffmpeg exe from gd folder

remove credits (they were kinda dumb and outdated)

keep console open on the recorder

rename recorder to renderer in the guis

this is to hopefully avoid confusion between the internal recorder
and just recording a replay

showcase mode

real time mode and update gd.h

add buttons for switching the mode

better stdout redirection
