OtteHR Admin - Telemedicine Tab - Incorrect Display of Location Name for Requested Visit

Description:
When a patient requests a telemedicine call, the location name should be displayed on the Telemedicine tab. Currently, the location ID is shown instead of the actual location name, which can cause confusion for Admin users.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Telemedicine tab on the OttEHR Admin panel.
2. Look for a recently requested telemedicine visit with a specific location.
3. Observe the location information displayed for the visit.

Expected Result:
The location name should be displayed on the Telemedicine tab for telemedicine visit requests.
For example location name 'CA virtual_UpdatedName'

Actual Result:
The location ID is displayed instead of the location name.
