Selection doesn't focus after *workload* – a.k.a. I am faster than Marta ^^

Hi,

It occurred (permanently) that after I renamed a file or a python script added some new files, the selection does isn't properly focusing, instead jumping back to the previous position.

I am btw not sorting by timestamp, just alphabetically, so nothing is changing in the order. I am just jumping out of etty with CMD+O and navigate somewhere to perform a 'Move to inactive pane'-step, but the selection jumps back as if Marta is too slow for me.

Likewise, I am running macOS 14.5 on a MBP M3Pro 2023.
