+END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
+
+This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mark ("Author") for the VidFlow Desktop software product ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
+
+1. GRANT OF LICENSE
+Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
+
+2. RESTRICTIONS
+You may NOT:
+a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
+b) Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
+c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
+d) Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Software to third parties
+e) Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
+f) Circumvent or disable any security features or copy protection mechanisms
+g) Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any servers or networks
+
+3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
+The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Author retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
+
+4. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
+The Software may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve user experience. No personal information is collected without explicit consent. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://vidflow.markqq.com/privacy.
+
+5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
+THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

+6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
+IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

+7. TERMINATION
+This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

+8. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
+The Author reserves the right to update or modify the Software and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

+This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
