This dependency is needed to obtain the header file that is required to use the ARCore SDK. The actual client binaries can be found in third_party/arcore-android-sdk-client. Local Modifications: Added BUILD.gn for compilation in chrome. Added the test-apks/ subdirectory for storing production versions of AR APKs, namely ArCore, for testing.
