Textual status shown in wrong language

Hi.
I'm not sure if this problem belongs to the room-card but let me explain:

I'm using a the 'Landroid Cloud' integration for my mower. And I want to display its status inside the room-card; status can be 'mowing', 'docked' or similar.
The status is shown, but in English language instead of German.
On other places in the UI where the status can be seen it is shown in German language.

Do you have any idea what the reason can be?

The problem lies within HA. But which card is the card below the room card? Maybe I can try and reverse engineer that card and fix the issue

The card below room-card is a standard entity-card. And below that it's the 'Landroid' card
