GraphicsRefresh for smaller area to preserve battery life #3278
Description
The problem
When only the GPS position is updated and the viewport is not changed you would want to only redraw the old and new GPS position and not anything else.
The solution
Not sure at all how this should be implemented but since we are working on rendering it is good to have this feature request in mind.
