Where should the sssom metadata elements (https://w3id.org/sssom/*) redirect to? #312

@cthoyt noticed that they dont have a redirection at the moment.

Some options:

sssom-schema.ttl
sssom-schema.yaml
Link to bespoke documentation pages

I would opt for 3: perma-id/w3id.org#3556

Any thoughts?

Agreed, sending to docs makes the most sense
