Server side Styling

Hi, I was wondering if there's any sort of timeline on when to expect server-side styling. Is this feature will eventually be developed ? If so is it coming sooner than later ? Something similar to tileserver styling

Like any OSS-Project manned by volunteers we don't give out timelines for concrete features.

Speaking for myself:
I currently (February) have exams -> will not be doing a lot in this shorter term
Afterwards, I would like to dive into rendering styles, where this would be a requirement though.

If you would like to help out and drive this subfeature to completion, we would be delighterd for help.

@darrenpierre90 for this to happen, we need two things:

• Serve styles #1607
  • this one is actually pretty easy, and similar to some of the work @CommanderStorm and @sharkAndshark were doing recently
• Add server-side raster tile rendering #978
  • WIP: Rust wrapper maplibre-native#3181
