Does it work? Probably not, no. Lots of things have changed in the chipKIT core since this was written and would need updating.
The project never really got anywhere. It kind of worked at the time, reading signals through the PIC32 ADC (I think it was an MX795 at the time) but the screen refresh was somewhat slow given the technology available at the time.
It was alright for probing simple low level audio signals but not much else. Only very low bandwidth, and slow to process. If I were doing it now I'd use a PIC32MZ - either the MZ/EFx for the floating point to speed up the FFT or the MZ/DAx for the internal DDR memory and direct TFT interface.
Does this oscilloscope work? What are its specs? Just looking out of curiosity at a quick glance, readme/documentation is extremely sparse.
