Add the phone to the subscriber

Issue Description

Add an option in the extension configuration to change the bottom and add the phone

Can enable the phone in the footer and map the phone to a mailchimp merge var

If you enable this, you can see the phone in the bottom of the frontend

The phone is saved in the subscribers table in magento, and synced to mailchimp as the merge var defined in the admin
