Describe the bug
Two enums with the same variant names, if both have values, the C# types generated for those values are named the same and conflict.
For example: enum Cooldown {On(Seconds), Off} and enum Degradation {On(Rate) Off}
They get conflict because the generated name is OnValue for both instead of something like CooldownOnValue and DegradationOnValue
