Add new field title email

Description

Current i can't find the way to add email title translatable inside email system magento

Expected behavior

So idea will be config able title inside email. Then call this variable inside any email template if need

Here is mockup

Then inside template email html just call {{var email_title}} or {{var template_title}}

Benefits

Able to call variable title same as subject mail. Can translate via csv
